Appointments & Wait Times

  • Screenings occur within 5–7 business days, and intakes within 7–10 business days; urgent needs are prioritized sooner.

  • Intakes: 60–90 minutes; therapy: 45–60 minutes.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee (not billed to insurance).

Insurance, Billing & Costs

  • We accept many commercial plans, with SoonerCare (OHCA) coming soon. We’ll verify your benefits before your first visit.

  • Copays, coinsurance, or deductibles depend on your plan. We’ll review your costs up front and can discuss payment plans or financial hardship options if needed.

  • Yes, for eligible services; we’ll confirm benefits during verification.

Privacy & Rights

  • Yes. We follow HIPAA. If your care involves substance-use information, we also follow 42 CFR Part 2, which has extra privacy protections.

  • You have the right to access your records. Ask our front desk or your clinician.

  • You can submit a concern to our Compliance team in writing or by phone. You also have the right to contact state oversight agencies.

Therapy & Medication Management

  • You and your therapist set goals, build skills, and practice strategies that fit your life and culture. We use evidence‑based approaches tailored to your needs.

  • Frequency depends on your goals and clinical need—typically weekly to biweekly for therapy.

  • Yes—video visits when clinically appropriate and allowed by your insurance.

  • No, we do not prescribe medications. We do provide medication monitoring and support services. We can also assist with coordination and establishing care with an outside provider to support your medication needs.

Integrated Care & Coordination

  • We coordinate with your primary care and specialists (with your permission) to align mental health, medical needs, and social supports.

  • With your written consent (ROI). We share only the minimum necessary information.

Children, Teens, and Families

  • Yes, with a FERPA-compliant consent. We can coordinate on IEP/504 goals and support classroom strategies.

  • A legal guardian (or as state law allows for certain services). We’ll verify custody/guardianship at intake.

Older Adults & Caregivers

  • Yes—through OASIS (Older Adult Services & In-Home Support), we deliver outpatient-level services in the comfort of the client’s home.

  • Absolutely—with your permission. We offer coaching, resources, and care‑plan summaries.

Justice-Involved & Veterans

  • Yes—within the limits of your consent and court orders. We provide attendance and progress updates as authorized.

  • Yes. We screen for PTSD/TBI, coordinate with VA/Vet Centers, and connect you to veteran benefits and peer mentors.

Practical Supports

  • Yes. Our team screens for social needs and connects you to community resources and benefits.

  • Yes—qualified interpreters, large-print/plain-language materials, and accessible facilities/telehealth options.
